Walker plant in Kilmarnock, Scotland and had the time of my life!
Unfortunately this research will be pretty
boring to anyone outside the field of brewing, wine making, or distilling, so
you won’t hurt my feelings if you don’t read it. If you do, then enjoy!

excellent book Alcohol if you are interested in the history or
technology of distilled beverages.
I’ve included the chapters on whisk(e)y, gin, vodka, tequila, and
rum. Good stuff!
